I was President of Young Republicans of Napa County when at Cal. I got hurt in Freshman ball and transferred to Napa College for 2 semesters..then returned to Cal. Cal had a very robust YR group at Cal....believe it or not. Many students got deep,y involved in local and state politics and made a career out of it. It didn't hurt that Reagan became Governor for 8 years and then President.
Yeah. I moved to Houston after graduating from Cal and have actually never left. My oldest son goes to UT now and my youngest may end up there in a few years as well. I can't wait to root against them 2015 and 2016! You in Austin at the moment?
