Any way to determine % of BCS teams that didn't have their starting qb named prior to fall camp? My guess is very small if any - JT's comments about not naming a starter after spring bugs me, because I think it's important to have a clear qb over the summer. I think the qb controversy needs to be put to bed by fall for a team to be elite. But maybe my concerns are misplaced.
