Very good get. Martin's gotten off to a good start for 2017.

With Harris-Dyson, Baker and Lee all being tight, hopefully this will help get Lee in the fold for Cal.

If anyone's wondering about Harris-Dyson's athleticism, check this out: https://twitter.com/DearJeffery/stat...69651566682112

He's a big-time defender with a jump shot that's rapidly evolving. Talked to Harris-Dyson a little while ago and should have something out soon.

Here's the commitment story for Harris-Dyson, with lots of great comments from him, his prep coach and AAU and future Cal teammate Jemarl Baker: http://bearinsider.com/news/story.php?article=2110

Nice read - love everything about this recruit! I hope the Pac-12 officials don't wussify our defense with their bogus calls.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great get even if not ranked 4 stars. I have great trust in CM as a judge of talent.
Backcourt's set until we hit 2020.

What if he really does grow to 6'8" like some doctor is purported to have predicted? He already has hops significantly above the rim.

Are you making that statement based on his time at Tennessee? So far the only CM recruits at Cal that have panned out were All Americans.

But he got them to Cal. That counts for something.

Uh yeah obviously it counts for a lot. I much rather have a coach bringing in All Americans than one that has to mine for talent.

So, Baker and JHD are buds.... but they play the same SG position, no?
Is this like Bird and Mathews?
Does one of them play SF or PG?
