Steven Khan new XC & T&F recruit

Steven, Ayala HS (Chino Hill, CA) won the D2 XC 'ship in 2015 & came in 4th this year in the same division. Outdoors TF, no outstanding marks from 2016 but looks to have improved this year with a nice early season time in the 3200 with a 9:22.32, which is over 22 sec better than previous best.

    OBear073,

Thanks for posting these new commits. I'm used to be a huge T&F fan (used to go to the West Coast Relays as a kid, both my kids did track in high school and my son did 4 years in college) but I find it hard to get excited about Cal T&F the past year so this helps.

Another distance runner commitment. Best of 9:16.81 in the 3200. He made state last year but came in only 24th.

    Alma Kuc to California 2017-2018
Kuc from All Olympia, Cal. competed for Poland at the European Championships in 2014 as well as the Gymnastics Legends International meet. Watch her floor routine from Europeans here.

George is a level 10 from Metroplex, Texas. She finished third all-around at her state meet last season, placed first on vault and floor at regionals, and came third all-around at JOs.

During her visit here in Oct. she saw Ryan Murphy in the dining room:

Thanks for posting these 2 new recruits. Both seem to be additions to our weight events specializing in the Javelin throw.

Corona del Mar goalie Matt Moran-Flores and center Tamir Avital have committed to four-year schools in the MPSF.

Moran-Flores signed over the weekend with 2016 NCAA runner-up USC while Avital has committed to reigning NCAA champion Cal.

Both players helped Corona del Mar captured the Pacific Coast League title and reach the Division 1 quarterfinals, where they fell to eventual champion Orange Lutheran.

Avital scored 70 goals while Moran-Flores made 186 saves.

At Cal, Avital will join former CdM standout Matt Sherburne. Former Sea Kings Brendan Hack and Ben Brooks are at USC.
