OSU beats Long Beach by one

And could have lost. Weiss had a terrible shooting game. Something like 1 for 8. The OSU bigs won this game.

ASU is so far throttling Mich State.

Wow! Thanks for the Pac 12 update wvit.

Stanford was behind most of the way but came back to beat New Mexico State by 8. I'm hoping all of the Pac-12 teams come out on fire from the opening tip - I hate having an uninspired start let a weaker opponent get confident.

BTW Smith, who hurt us at Haas, had 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 6 blocks!

Oregon just beat Temple 71-70, it was close all the way.

And UCLA thumps Boise St 83-56.

    Go Pac-12!

Phantom call on ASU center and leading scorer (20pts) that put her on the bench with 4 fouls. Coach Turner got T'd too, for objecting to the call! Homers refs at work.

That was bad. Now down by one with a min to go. Brunner had a chance to put them up. Down to the wire.

From about 5 minutes to go to 2 minutes to go ASU went from down 9 to up one. They had a change but Brunner missed two shots and they had a TO. Too bad. They could have taken down the number one seed.

Also #9 Purdue took #1 Notre Dame to OT before losing. Perhaps it's our destiny to take out a #1.

Oregon State won by 12 to keep the Pac-12 moving forward.

Actually, one of the refs was Benny Luna who does a ton of Pac 12 games. He was calling a lot of fouls on S Carolina, IMO.

After 3 quarters UCLA is ahead of Texas A&M 62-31, more than Baylor led us at that point. Looks like the Pac-12 will have 5 teams in the Sweet Sixteen.
