Their Pac-9 record wasn't good but happy for the team to make it to the NCAA championships. Think we have a good chance vs ND. ND's pitchers actually have higher era than ours, so feeling good for us, though we have to hit much better.

We can do some damage in this bracket. Should be fun to watch.

Cal can beat Notre Dame in the opener but should find #7/#8 Auburn tough on their field. The Tigers finished 2nd in the SEC out of 13 teams that qualified for the NCAA Tournament field.

Yeah, Auburn hitters are potent. I was surprised at the placement of Minnesota in Tuscaloosa. Big 10 champs get no respect!
    Access is better than ownership!

Their pitching is quality Southern California. Their ace is junior Kaylee Carlson (5-10 RHP) from Pacifica HS-Garden Grove and their #2 pitcher is soph Makayla Martin
(5-11 LHP) from Scripps Ranch-San Diego. Both possess sub 2.00 ERAs. Their respective ERAs are 1.14 & 1.99.

To be honest, if Cal could land home grown talent like these two pitchers, the Bears would be competitive with anyone in the Pac 9...GO BEARS!
