Cobbs with a great feed and a great all-around game

Except for that offensive foul where he didn't feed Kamp for the dunk.

Well and passing up the open three pointer and hitting Harper in the back - who had turned for the board since he had feed AC such a wide open jumper. Love the kid but he really needs to take his shot just a bit more.

    agree

it was a three on one break and Cobbs charges. Not a smart play. If that was a closer game, it could have cost us. However you can't fault his aggressiveness which was/is needed.

However, all things considered he was the game MVP. He shot the ball so confidently. Not sure his ball ever hit anything but the bottom of the net. His jump shooting form is so vertical.

Our LA guys sure seem to perform when playing in LA. I'm sure there is a little sweetner in those games vs UCLA for them.

Best thing about the Crabbe 3 to seal the win was Marques saying "uh-oh" as the ball was rotated to Crabbe with his feet set at the 3 point line. Just looking at his feet being set and no Bruin within 5 feet of him you knew that ball was going down...

I was at the game and you could tell that Crabbe 3 was going in before it even left his hand.

Very satisfying to see the aisles start to fill with baby blue leaving the Sports arena after that shot. A few times during their run that place actually started to get loud, which is an accoplishment considering what a cavern that place is.

Great win for the Bears - here is hoping that UCLA can give Arizona a tough game when they come down to LA

There is nothing more entertaining than beating UCLA while Physioc and Johnson are calling the game. You could literally hear them say "ugh" everytime Cal made a basket.

First time BRO admits Cal is a better team

In my lifetime. The mantra of "We should never lose to Cal" seems to gone. For those who have been watching Cal Basketball for a while, especially during the streak, you can't deny that you feel a little sick and apprehensive whenever we play the bruins.

Maybe I should ask Walter Bishop. We might be in an alternate universe.

Sick at the Prospect of Playing the Bruins?

I am not consulting the record, so I may not remember correctly, but...

As I recall, Stanford under Monty pretty much beat on the Bruins time and again.

So, since Monty has come over to the right side of the Bay, I have looked forward to our doing the same and actually relish the opportunity to even the long standing score with UCLA.

You mean where he tried to go over a UCLA player with a dunk? It didn't look like he was going to make it, unless he did the Blake Griffin thing where he uses the defender's body to gain extra elevation. That's pretty limited to Blake Griffin though.
