How to make a table
Thanks to RichyBear for this info
1. Create your table in Excel
2. Position the cursor where you want your table in the message.
3. Put your cursor over the '#' (wrap code tags around selected text.
4. On the message will apear '5. put the cursor on the blank between '] ['
6. hit enter at least once to creat a blank line.
7. select the excel table and hit 'copy'
8. put the coursor on the blank line between the 'codes' and hit 'paste'
