If you use the Attach Files, Manage Attachments, you will get thumbnails.

If you want a larger picture, make sure it isn't too big, like over 1000. Either right click on the picture and click "copy image location" or highlight the HTTP up in the address bar....then when you want to insert it, click on the landscape box which which is yellow and has a little mountain in it...up above when the bold, italics, stuff is..it is next to the quote thing.. then once that pops up, hit edit in your browser and click on "paste" which will insert the image location in the "insert image" box....that will insert the picture....forget about attachment.
