With UW sinking.... and Aaron Gordon not sleeping on Washington.

A new leader has emerged.

AG want to win the Championship, next year.

All Number 1 players ...want to win the Championship.

Arizona will never win another championship in ANYTHING. EVER. As the Rise probably knows, Miller has a considerable problem with heroin that will ultimately bring him down.

I think the odds just got a bit longer S71.

I just returned from Europe, with France as my last stop. I ran across the UDub team at McDonalds, in the airport in Paris. I was wearing my Cal hat and gave them a big "GO BEARS" !! The coaches were nowhere to be seen. They refused to talk about results of their trip, to date. Not surprised !!!

... he must be going to Kentucky. If Coach Cal (I hate that nickname for him of course) doesn't have them on probation by then. He has a history of leaving a trail of academic disaster in his wake.

Not sure I am buying that theory. As a Mitty alum myself, I know that Monarchs everywhere are not afraid of a challenge. With Bird & Gordon, Cal would shoot to the top of Pac-12 table, and could contend for a national title.

Arizona? If you have the choice of living in the Bay Area where you grew up, and Tucson... are you kidding? Complete no-brainer!

GO BEARS!!!!

Aaron Gordon will sit down with family and coaches.

They will go over the two teams and determine if it makes sense to commit early.

What is the shortcoming for committing early...None

To commit in the Fall is the best decision.
Nothing is going to change with AG leader.

ps-
UK will get in more trouble with the NCAA. I know this already.

UW will only get worse and you don't want to play in the slow motion offense.

The long awaited and most critical visit is coming tomorrow...

The Number 1 players starts his in-home visit.

We have no doubt that AG and fam will do what is best for AG and his future.
AG should be one-and-done with the right program.

Then AG will be a NBA lottery pick.

So, the college decision is a stepping stone into his NBA dream.
Go to a school which will win a CHIP.

I am a firm believer that there must be a good fit between the player and the school.

Schools have been recruiting Aaron for more than 4 years. More importantly, it is very risky to look at a school which recently changed its offense and all its coaches. This is High Risk to AG.

As a player, you want to go into a known system.
--A Run&Gun system matches your style of play.

Best of luck in your open and straight discussions with your leader(s).

well.... - 09-10-2012, 09:56 AM

...Rise, sounds like you think the only competition is UW. I think they are probably the leader, but Cal and Oregon are also legit contenders. I think Colorado is probably out after the Bird commitment to Cal. However, Artis is at Oregon and they have the Nike-flash, so I think you may be over looking them.

Hearing that the visit went very well. Seems like a perfect fit.

But, tonight's visit by kentucky should be interesting.
UK is bring a coach and 3 NCAA officials are closely following.

The NCAA is investigating UK ,AGAIN.
For what? For www recruiting violations...cash payout.

Warning---------
Please tell AG and Fam...
In the uk visit, do not talk about A. Davis. Don't mention anything about him. Dont get involved with the mess between NCAA and uk-A.Davis.
Dont be THAT witness.

The more you think about it, the more advantages AG has for signing in the Fall.

Especially if you have an NBA one-and-done plan.

You really need to get started within 3 months.
Get everything taken care of ,beforehand.

Things just got REAL.
10million -REAL.

The Washington visit went as expected.

Comparing what was discussed a few weeks ago.
There were many changes.
New lists of names.

Washington is going to the JC ranks.
Imagine 2 or 3 JC player and Aaron Gordon....Not going to happen.

Note-
Also heard something exciting about AG.
