Totally agree. PC went straight at Aldon w/o Justin Marshawn and company torched them for yards, RW kept plays alive and great ball protection. As for the second half, no effective adjustments, albeit with no Davis or Manningham.
More significantly, terrible red zone execution very telling. This was not just about the niner D or a let down from last week's NE performance, which by the way was fueled by 4 turnovers and short fields in the first half. And they almost lost that game.
A good quarterback and decent D can beat this niner team if they don't cough up the ball to them. It'll be interesting to see how long the injuries keep players out with zero bye week rest, should that come to pass on Sunday....
