I stopped worrying about Jared after I saw his wife. He's already won the game.
Pretty sure Goff has won the game several times already.
Great Cal career.
#1 NFL draft pick.
Hot wife.
Brings Detroit their first playoff win in 32 years.
More money than he knows what to do with.

I'm guessing he's getting tired of winning at this point.

Some guys have all the luck. And he's got that generational wealth fallback because of his Cal degree.

Parents went to Cal too.

Goff is set up for even bigger money as he only one year left on his current contract.

I dont know what to make of Purdy after that drive. Yes, the niners got a touchdown, but he also didnt throw the ball past 10 yards once.

Isn't that what Joe Montana's big drives were mostly like? The Packers were taking away deep passes; he took what was given.
Purdy's performance level is much closer to Garoppolo than Montana.
I might suggest you review the 1981 NFC Championship again, you know the one with Montana's legendary "The Catch" drive? He threw three picks in the game, and most of the last drive was runs and short throws. How is that different from Purdy in this game?
I might suggest you review the 1981 NFC Championship game again.

First interception:

Second interception:

Third interception:

Two long passes and a tipped ball.

I don't think Montana should have thrown either of those two long passes, but there's a giant difference between that and throwing it straight to a guy that you obviously didn't see, which he's done multiple times over the last two seasons. I think his lack of height probably plays into that somewhat, but his big challenge over the rest of his career is cutting down on those mistakes.

So now we are at the point where real interceptions = almost interceptions, but only if the name is Brock Purdy.

Wow, Jalen Hurts makes $51.5 million per year, the Eagles management are brain dead.

As a long time 49er fan…I am going to be rooting for the Lions. Goff needs to win a SB and get a huge deal. We need more NIL. I bet his marketing value rises as well. But let's face it - no one is getting past the Ravens. Two Harbaugh championships in a year will be tough to stomach (interestingly when I typed Harbaugh autocorrect tried to change it to Garbage).

These are almost my exact feelings. I like the idea, too, of a team that's never been to the Super Bowl getting there. Winning would be great for both Goff and Detroit. I don't mind Raven Harbaugh but Michigan Harbaugh seems slimy.

That may well be, but anyone who has a name that constitutes a complete sentence* all by itself has always had nothing but my utmost respect.

That baseball player with the obscene sentence name has always had my combo respect/pity.
