+1 Glad to see him graduate and be able to continue his football career.

Sometimes the NCAA gets it right. I love the transfer-without-penalty rule for graduates. I hope CDJ finds a good fit.

Wasn't the Clay rumor that he would be back in the summer if he got his academics in order?

I have a similiar feeling about the Clay/JT situation; along with the T. Carter/JT fiasco.
JT, sometimes, doesn't present a clear picture and leaves many questions.
Re Deboskie-Johnson; 3 years ago I was pumped up for the Johnson/Briggs/Yarnway
backfield. What seemed like a promising backfield has vaporized.
There could be a similiar trend at QB.

The wasting QB talent trend has been going on much longer than the RB trend.
Not sure if Briggs was ever serious but, Yarnway keeps getting injured and CDJ never got a chance. In 2010, while Vereen was getting run into the ground, JT was enamored with Sofele and never considered CDJ. 2011, Sofele became the featured back, had more attempts than Vereen the season before and CJ brought power back to the position. Glad to see he's walking away with a degree but, disappointed we couldn't see his talent come through. He was the only back last year who could string together moves and hit the hole.

which games are you basing this off of? he had few carries, and even less meaningful ones. if there's one position i wouldn't question the staff on, it would be RB. Coach G has more than proved himself to be an expert at his craft, and if CDJ was not playing, better believe there was a damn good reason.
The Ivy League prohibits athletic participation by graduate students (even those who have athletic eligibility remaining and who went to the same school for undergrad) and the Patriot League prohibits athletic participation by graduate students who got their undergraduate degrees at a different school.wifeisafurd;733211 said:
Yes, his grades are that good, that grad school in the Ivies is a possible. Good kid, behind some studs. Look out for Lasco.
