That has to be a typo for Stepfan Taylor right? Do they mean 1,467 yards?

I think that those were his totals over two years. He was being compared to Luck over the same period.

I agree...not to mention that when we do have legitimate candidate (i.e., Arrington), he doesn't even get an invitation to the party.

Heisman Pundit has been around for a while guys and the website is legit. He's been fairly pro-Cal (and West Coast) and was hyping Jahvid when he was a frosh.

We threw for 3K yards last year. Reports out of the spring are that the passing game is progressing. Anything better than last year will only help Isi and CJ. Certainly 1500 for Isi and 700 from CJ are possible. The real key is if we can throw to the RBs more. Get guys like Bigelow with the ball in space, which then further opens up the interior running lanes. Irregardless, it won't be Kline throwing them the ball unless we have some serious injuries.

Sure, why not? I wouldn't discount 1500 yards for Isi. He was close to that last year and should benefit from improved qb, wr, and ol line play this year. He was hyped by craig james and co. in all our espn games, and he's got a cool name and intense eyes. Nobody thought he'd ever be a starting rb or even the #2 rb at cal either.

Isi for Heisman!

1500 yards mean nothing unless you come up with 150+ yards and a win against the likes of USC.
And we all know how our team has "performed" against USC since 2004.

For Isi to even be in a serious Heisman conversation the team would need to be undefeated and he would need to have at least 2000yards rushing with 200+ yards, each game, against the buckeyes, trojans, ducks and cardinal. As much as I'd love to see that happen, it ain't so Isi has no shot.
