Disagree. Unless you can figure out how to win the Pac-12 and still be under the radar without any bright lights shining on you, I don't know how you're gonna do it. Face it, Cal is either gonna be good or gonna be in the shadows -- and if they're gonna be good they're also gonna be in the bright lights.
I don't see any way a team from a major conference, let alone one from a Power 5 conference, is going to win championships and still be 'under the radar'. If you wanna win, get used to being in the bright lights; if winning isn't important, then you're welcome to stay in the shadows...I choose the bright lights.
