Wow, despite the billions and big backing, it didn't take long for the proverbial sh*t to hit the fan.

Yes, Nevada has a big stake but they also know that if it's not regulated, like the insider information leading to wins, hurts the gaming industry's rep. No one likes a rigged game.

Nevada however isn't the DOJ or FBI, those investigations will likely do damage.

Nevada is one of the most regulated/heavily licensed states around because of the trickle down effect of regulation of the gaming industry.
