We just missed out on it!

BYU, maybe. They seem hospitable to visitors. If ASU or USC did something like that though....hard pass.

I sat with a Ute, in full fan dress, and he said that he had never experienced such friendly fan interaction in that stadium. Several years ago at Utah, i felt the same love. LDS?

same experience at Bears' LasVegasBowl. we were the ones sporting blve and gvld in a top section overflow bleachers full of BYU enthusiasts. all as friendly as could be in spite of a losing effort. accepted abundant penalties w/good cheer, ie "too many mormons on the field". heard tell about coming to town with 10 commandments and a 20 dollar bill and dint break neither.

Props to the BYU fans. I've attended many a Cal road game, and their fans were some of the friendliest I have met.
