Should unsportsmanlike conduct penalties erase the play?

Tacking a 10-15 yards after a td or 1st down catch or an interception or whatever play you're gloating about isn't much of a penalty imo. If you want to erase the conduct from the game(it's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game), then erasing the play and an ejection from gross unsportsmanlike conduct would be appropriate, no?

Speaking of penalties, I've always thought it's weird that a personal foul can be offsetting with something minor like an offsides. Doesn't seem right.

Or that the d can jump offsides, causing a hold by the offensive line, and that those offset when the defensive penalty clearly prompted the offensive penalty.
