Clips would be the Clips to let Ty go. He is a real wildcard on D and rebounding that could help a up and coming playoff team. Final chance for Doc to see if he can overachieve for the talent he has, for once. Two lotto picks and still some good pieces in their current personnel. Look how the Jazz and Pelicans have done it. I won't say Sixers because that's been a long process. Can they do it too?

The Clips front office under Doc was a disaster. With Jerry West essentially in charge now, have to believe they are making better decisions.

Clips better recognize and offer Ty a fair deal... once FA market opens up, other teams can offer FMV and Clips can match or let him walk... good news for Ty is with his showing will enable him to get deal..
Similar to Ivan last summer where the Grizzlies tried to lowball Ivan with 2 way contract but he held out ...
I am sure the Grizzlies are happy they offered Ivan FMV contact last summer..
