I am sure Steph meant no harm in referring to Cousins as the "third" Splash Brother, but what about Durant??

It's a reference to Cousins calling himself the third Splash Brother before Durant was even a Warrior.

Yeah, Boogie Ellis would be a pretty decent 2019 point guard recruit for us... I'm optimistic: Let's Boogie!!!

Why would he have done that?
Was he referring to the Warriors' splash tandem?
Or maybe he was merely marveling at his ability to shoot the 3-ball?

That's just UNFAIR. The Oakland Warriors sign John Wall's friend and the Wizard's
sign Dwight Howard. I can see "Superman" grabbing a defensive rebound, passing
the ball to Wall, and just standing there under the opponent's bucket. It ain't gonna
be pretty.

Since the Wizards seem intent on becoming a D-League team, I'll be spending
more energy rooting for the Warriors. Seriously though,as a CAL fan, I sometimes
feel a tinge of unease rooting for a team with so much talent. It's somewhat unfamiliar
territory.

What up, DC?
You're in my second city!
What part? DC proper? nova? suburban Maryland?
I was tenlytown, Arlington, Alexandria. Bethesda, Potomac...got a brother out in Clifton.

So, DC could always bring back MJ, no?

CT,

I don't know that there's anything proper about DC given that
we're sometimes smothered by what's happening at 16fh and Penn.
We live within walking distance of Nationals Park and the new
(really should built in Northern Virginia) soccer stadium. Population
is booming in SW near SE area of DC. That's not so good because
the roads weren't made for it.

Love most parts of Alexandria. Had to look up Clifton.

Jordan did great for a guy in his late 30's but he was an energy-drainer otherwise.
More or less snuck out of town. On his teams were Kwame Brown (nuff said)
and Christian Laettner. Having to root for Laettner is like what I imagine
water-boarding to be like. One night pretty late Christian run down 7th near
where the Caps and Wiz play. He was stoned out of mind and yelling,
"Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke"
