I wonder how much of this is what IRA brought to Arizona versus how much of it is Arizona influence on IRA. Going off to college is probably the second most impactful behavior modifier after having children. Not to mention that he is young. Not intended to be a knock on Arizona, but IRA may have grown up a little differently if he came to Berkeley (or anywhere for that matter).
