I don't think she has a plea deal. Nor is as much $$$ following her as there is with USC. I bet she'll get at least 3 weeks and a facial at Malibu Penitentiary.

Loved this quote from Bland's attorney referring to USC:

How dare they put out that letter and pretend they have a reputation to protect," Lichtman said in a telephone interview.
