Given that he wasn't personally enriched, I have no problem with the sentence...

Any affected kids and the credibility of the Furd is between Furd and those kids (& their families) and the market.

The affected families can sue thereby keeping the story in the news.

credit with time served already (for day he was booked). So effectively no jail time.
