Canada attempts to defend its World U19 title starting June 29.

Brown made Canada's preliminary 13-man roster, with the final cut to come after exhibition games this weekend.

Canada will be without its top 4 or 5 age-eligible players, including RJ Barrett, Andrew Nembhart, and Addison Patterson, so there are definitely some opportunities to get playing time.

In the mix at PG (along with Brown) will be Karim Mane (rapidly moving up the rankings for the class of 20), Jacobi Neath (incoming freshman at Wake Forest) and Damion Squire (coming off a middling freshman season at Davis).
Its also possible that AJ Lawson (coming off a strong freshman season at South Carolina) will see some time at point.
