As bad as it is in Berkeley, at least we are not UCLA. They have advantages we don't have in football and basketball and they have squandered them all.

When UCLA hired Cronin, I thought it could be another case of strong coach, but not a good match for Hollywood. I am not yet saying that is the case yet, but hearing him in this post-game makes me wonder even more.

Not sure his rap works well for the types of players that come to UCLA (which seemly recruits itself regardless of coach).

Good coach, will do well there. Has to clean out some of Alford's guys to build his culture.

It won't be easy going. As Monty understood, you can't coach up kids who you have to kiss their a$$es to get, and Westwood isn't going to tolerate mostly 3* and some 4* recruits and not getting passed the Sweet 16 for long.

I think it's possible that the BBall players have been fraternizing with Chip's guys.

Hey, UCLA just doesn't have talent. They have only like 8 players who were rated in the Top 100 in high school.
