Very modest. I was shocked when I saw his bed, too. He just signed that huge extension right before the season. Maybe he'll focus on getting new digs in the offseason.

From what we know about Jaylen, I think he has consciously chosen to live modestly and save his money or spend it elsewhere.

The key is how we quantify "only-somewhat functions"
