Pac 12tourney, not ncaa.

It would appear that there is a chance to be in the 7-10 game vs The Fraud. My least favorite opponent but perhaps winnable.

Oregon State would need to beat both Stanford and us while Utah defending home court against Colorado.

Possible, but not likely.

If I were a betting man, I'd put a few bones down on UCLA. That strikes me as an attractive value play.

Definitely a fair question. We've been last or close to last in a lot of the computer polls all season. Right now, we're 11th in Sagarin at 133 (Wazzu is last) while cellar dweller Washington sits at 99. We're last in the NET rankings too. In the composite of all polls, we're also last: https://www.masseyratings.com/cb/compare.htm

Ultimately, I think our OOC losses hurt a lot in these polls.

I also think that folks look at the talent (on UW and UCLA in particular) and feel they might put it all together for a tourney run. Whereas, besides Bradley, most outsiders feel that Cal has nothing.

Yah I would hope to avoid Gonzaga in the second round, but so be it.

The #12 seed in the women's Pac12 just beat the #5 seed so anything is possible. The #12 seed will next play the #4 seed which they beat last week. Go Lady Bears!

I am hoping the men don't play the 8/9 game in Vegas because my flight does not get in until 12:20 pm which is after the game has started. If they do play that game, I will toss my luggage in my rental car and zoom over to T-Mobile Arena. Who else is going? Is one lot better than another for parking near the arena?

First part done. Now if Utah, oregon and Oregon state win, we play stanford in a night game next wednesday. I actually think we have a better chance against The Fraud than the Mormon Mauraders.

I will be cheering for Cal to beat OSU tomorrow even if it means we do play the first game in the Vegas tournament. Oregon State will be tough at home though.

Colorado leading Utah in the first half. Likely a nail biter.

If Cal, Utah, and Oregon St. Are all tied at 7-11 how does the tie breaker work to determine the 8/9 seeding?

Who beat the higher ranked team. Then non conference. Then coin flip.

I am lazy. How does it look so far?

We lose we finish 10 th and play Stanford at 6 pm Wed. Assuming Oregon beats Stanford today . We are going to lose unless we solve the zone. More Kuany.

McKinley wright, a great FT shooter was on the line, and could have finished the game

instead he missed the FT and Gach takes a long contested 3 and misses. But when McKinley who was defended him had his foot under Gach who fell down (probably automatically, but who knows)

Gach gets 3 FT shots to hit 2 to win the game

Had McKinley not missed his FT, it would have gone into double OT, or if McKinley didn't foul Gach, the game would have been over and colorado would have won

so basically McKinley was the reason we get the 10 seed

Thad Boyle is a stand up guy.

Think we avoided the 8/9 game with our putrid showing this weekend.
