26-21, we're down at the half, but we closed the gap a bit. Bears rebounding well, I'll say that.

36-28 Beavs, several minutes into the second half. Andre Kelly is sooooo much more productive than Thiemann or Thorpe...

Also agree with Oskidunker that we're better out there with K2 than with South.

Cal is down 56-41, with several minutes left. Bradly in foul trouble. A few guys are productive for us today, but it takes more than a few and the rest aren't (thus far).

Beavs had opened up a 60-42 lead, but then we just scored the last seven, with Bradly to go to the line after the time out. 60-49 now.

Coach Fox has had two different up-close-and-personal chats with Matt Bradly that the TV cameras have zeroed in on. Not with microphones, unfortunately.

Matt Bradly fouled out with 2:30 left, getting called for a technical foul after a spectacular get-that-****-out-of-here block on a Beaver. Reminded me of a T he got early last season. When they both got up, Badly went over to the other guy and it looks like he said something. Dumb move to do that (this AFTER getting talked to twice by Fox), but what a spectacular block! "T" or not, my love for Bradly went UP after that play. Where can we get more guys like this?!?

Yeah, the announcers kept saying Bradly is the conference's most-improved player -- and he deserves that mention -- but I don't think he is even the most improved guy on the TEAM, the way Kelly is playing (compared to last season).

Ha, I woulda guessed Kelly came down with well over a dozen. Good thing they have statisticians who actually count them!

Well, turns out I was confusing two numbers: Kelly's rebounds and my posts on this game thread. That's what happens when my wife takes the kids for the day and I'm left alone with an extensive honeydew list!

It was more than a stare. After one of the best blocks I've seen this season, he went over to the downed player and got in his face as the guy was getting up, i.e., unsportsmanlike taunting.

Turns out you were right after all. The ESPN box score had Kelly with 9 rebounds, but the official NCAA box score had him with 10.
