Once again the WBB information machine leaves us high and dry. Is nothing happening? Is the lack of information meant to cause suspense among the dwindling fan base? Would be nice to see the new regime take charge of information flow and keep fans abreast of developments and possibilities. Or, are we to be mired in the same old thing?

I expect the next news to be Kenzie's decision. After that possibly any 2020 commits but not before they commit. And there's sure to be news when the season starts.

Well here's one tidbit:

Genesis Bryant, 5'7" PG from Lovejoy HS in Georgia, ranked #67 by ESPN for the c/o 2020, was offered by Cal this past June. This of course is from Raoul_000 on Twitter. However, no mention of any visits (to nor from) having taken place

What exactly is it you're hoping to hear right now? There must be an example of something you think is missing right now from the "wbb information" machine, so what are they dropping the ball on in your opinion?

Players are transferring, are we getting any? For instance. Are we trying to get any transfers? Another example. Other programs are announcing such information. Would help interest in the program if fans could be informed on progress.

There are a lot of people out there. But the best of the women's transfers and grad transfers are looking to go someplace where they can win a championship. Our own transfer out, Kianna Smith, being one example. To return to the upper echelon, we are going to have to do this the old-fashioned way, starting with next year's freshman recruits.

To get re-started, we are also going to have to go international, like the men's team. That is one place where our world-wide reputation as a great university should be able to make a difference. I hope that we are already aiming a whole lot of our recruiting effort in that direction,
