Tied up at 14-14 at end of first quarter. This offense gets the ball up the court quicker, has more passing and less dribbling around, and is generating some good shots. So far, though, we don't have any shooters who can hit those shots.

The defensive intensity and fundamentals are great to see.
All eight players in the current rotation are putting out big-time.

A lot of effort for 29 points, but, hey, it's a brand-new team, and I like all the rebounding.

0-11 shooting from the center position, with some obvious physical limitations. That is going to be a big problem this year. Ironic when you have three five-star posts coming in next year.

Too much one-on-one on offense for us toward the end. We are not going to have the talent to do that this year.

Looks like we will have to live off of intensity this time around, so it will be good to get Jazlen Green back into a nine-person rotation.
