- The recognition shows the number of skilled girl highschool basketball players there are. My home state of Mass. only has four girls on this list. They are from big highschools in Cities. Two are from Boston. Calif. is a huge state, and has so many great basketball programs for girls as well as boys.

Daniels was named as a McDonalds High School All American. Oregon has FIVE! (Stanfurd and Oregon State each have one)
