I know Cal is tightlipped but any news on what was the injury and severity?

The fact that she came out after the end of the game using a kneeling type cart to keep weight off the ankle does not bode well for a quick recovery. May very well not play the rest of the year. At least she wasn't on crutches which sometimes denotes a knee injury. Tough to lose your best all around player.

It is a sprained ankle. Anyone who watches sports knows that sprained ankles heal when they heal, days, weeks and in the case of the "high ankle sprain" months. Hopefully she is back soon.
