Agreed. That's probably why he's the least popular SCOTUS nominee since Bork.Unit2Sucks said:
I understand by the way, that the supreme court is largely filled with partisans at this point, but Kavanaugh gives off far more of the political hack vibe than does Gorsuch or Ginsburg who seem more like they have some sort of first principles.
If Democrats really wanted to try it (in a future time when they hypothetically control both the Presidency and the Senate) they might actually have enough political support to either add more seats to the Court or call for Kavanaugh's ouster. If the conservative SCOTUS does something overreaching like overturning Roe v. Wade then the Dems will really have support for it.
