    Rematch Cal vs ND

ND wins in Xtra inning. Game is schedule to start at 4:36pm. Gulp.. ESPN2 Ducks vs wisconsin going into xtra inning. Wouldn't mind if Wisc beats Oregon.

Assuming Cal vs ND is on espn2, chances we might miss the start of Cal vs ND game.

Why are we hitting well, did we get a hitting coach finally?

Cal vs ND suspended until Sunday.

Just saw it flash on Espn2. Man that is a big pitcher for Arkansas.

Postponed game will resume Sunday at 8am (PT)

The winner will play Auburn at 11am (PT). My guess Zoe if healthy will take over and pitch against ND.

It was ridiculous. The ump is standing two feet away from the play and doesn't see the tag. That one play was incredibly important. Cal had a legitimate shot of making the Super Regional if it won that game. The odds are very long now.

Game started not on TV but can see on espn3

Zoe pitching. Bottom of the 6th with ND now batting. Still 4-3 Cal.

My ranting on Kobie must have worked

Homer for Kobie in the 7th. Now 5-3.

    Cal wins!! 5-3
Next up: Auburn. Need to beat them twice. It's going to be tough especially if they get more home-cookin'.

Cal advance to finals vs Auburn

It was a nail bitter. In the 7th ND had first to hitters get singles. Stephanie was relieved Katie and got a fly ball out for 1st out. Then on the next batter hit into a game ending Double play. It will be curious who will start the game against Auburn. Zoe pitches seem slower today than yesterday. Maybe pitching by committee! Tough task having to win 2 games vs Auburn.

Kobie had disappeared in conference play and had only a couple extra-base hits over the entire season as the clean-up hitter. Her batting average has collapsed and she mainly tops low, inside pitches to the right side of the infield. The only good stat that she has had is a high number of walks. How did she get injured in the nitecap vs Auburn? Was a serious injury? I began watching on ESPN3 in the 3rd, thank goodness.

She crashed into the wall chasing a foul pop-up that was caught by Laxamana. Banged up a knee but stayed in the game.
