Exclusive: Player Run Practice Report

The Bears are nearing the end of the Summer grind as they wake early to lift weights and be put through their Strength and Conditioning paces.   

And on their own, sweaty and tired, they organize and run their own practice sessions.

Each of the position groups breaks off to do drills with the DL and OL working on technique, positioning, assignments and using pads and sleds in a very similar fashion to what they will see in two weeks time when Camp kicks off.

They then run 7v7 with the LB and DBs taking on the QB, RBs, WR and TEs.
