I hate the label Classic Rock. It is simply Rock. Present day Rock music should be labeled Modern Rock to make it clear that it is usually little more that a b@st@rdization of Rock played by people with meager musical and song writing skills, and virtually unlistenable. When a Modern Rock act appears on SNL, I give them the gong and hook after 30 seconds in most cases.
