,,,,As some of you have so astutely observed, Garbers didn't have much pass protection.

This observation hasn't been too much of a problem with Cal's weak early opponents, but in the Pac-12 things are different. The conference teams have faster defensive players. Cal's OL isn't that bad, but they're just slow.

No matter what any of you think of my above opinion, I believe Oregon with a healthy Thibodeaux will make it very clear. If so, the rest of the Pac will key in on this apparent weakness and will make it very difficult for another....yes.... I said another win. Garbers is all the Bears really have....that is, his running and ocasionally his passing.

I don't know about you all, but I'm practicing bending over in preparation for the Big Game....ouchy mama!

This a horrible conference, almost from top to bottom. Oregon is certainly the most talented but still performing below their talent level. I think they'll win a game no one expects them to.

It's true that every team in the conference is flawed. But no team is nearly as bad as Cal, as much as I hate to admit it. I think it will be a miracle to get any conference wins this season. It's beginning to look like a 1-11 season, with our only victory coming against an FCS opponent. Wilcox is the new Holmoe.

Any time the team lines up for an extra point or field goal.

This team has so many problems that it doesnt make sense to worry about any of them.

We cant kick the ball. We cant block punts without giving a 1st down. We cant throw, or run or stop the throw or run. Even the band is halfassing it.

I wouldnt be shocked if the next time I went to CSM they accidentally made all the signage red because its a pretty color... I dont believe that is beyond the scope of our astounding incompetence.

Does anyone else think that price of beef is being manipulated by the massive middlemen? I went to costco and prime ribeye was $30/lb. An 18lb brisket is running like $100+. The last one I bought was about $80.

Poultry and pork is also seeing some steep prices.

Comcast finally replaced the node for my neighborhood to relieve congestion, after I filed a complaint with the FCC with a months worth of logs re the service quality. So thats nice. But the did the work on a Monday from 10am to 5pm, unannounced.

Called my contact at Comcast and got a nice $200 credit for that.
