Part of the new Residence Inn (Marriott) hotel on Center Street. Looks like a potentially great pregame spot for night games, wonder if they'll expand hours on football gamedays.

Cool spot for a drink before a basketball game. Great place to take in a sunset. Sounds like it will be priced beyond a student budget so "Study Hall" is not so applicable.

They'd be smart to add happy hour pricing for students.

I think it's facing the wrong way for sunsets - it faces the campus - sunrise?

Which is why "Study Hall" is a good name for a different bar.

Looks like they are asking $750/nt for rooms on football weekend. Or for select games, the 2400 sqft Presidential Suite is available for $2400/nt.

Gouging! Yeah $500 less a night for the "away" weekend (ND) vs UNLV and Arizona in September. Don't even know what the Commencement weekend rates were as its sold out apparently.
