Can we get Sam Hartman from WF? He may go into the portal

Doubt Hartman would come all the way out here to the best coast. Rumors are he is looking at Tennessee and Florida.
There are several QBs in the west who might be looking to move. The key is finding someone who can thrive in the offense Spavital wants to run. Ideally, someone who fits as well as Davis Webb did.
