Amy Trask is one of many prominent Cal alums in professional sports management that would make a lot more sense than Knowlton as AD to navigate the new world of college sports.

I get that Knowlton is not the guy, but what has Amy Trask ever accomplished for the Raiders? Is it a badge of honor to have been the CEO of one of the worst managed, inept franchises in pro football? I don't get the allure of this wastrel for some of you. Qualification for the job should be more than "She is not named Jim Knowlton."

Per Sports Illustrated, Chase Garbers has resigned w/ the Raiders and apparently not on the practice squad
