Firstly I would hope that Cal L's value is much more than SMU. Secondly I hope Cal proves itself next year and shuts all this negativity from the press.

There is certainly bottom-of-the-barrel rep for Cal in the national press, but Finebaum has proven to be the biggest tool in the shed. He's very punch-able.

But he's also been very effective and says something ridiculous to get into national headlines ever day since he joined the SEC Network in 2013. And now, everyone believes the SEC was created by Zeus to show mortals how football should be played.
