new rule for upcoming season is a 2 minute warning TO before the half and before the end of regulation.

I thought the NCAA was trying to SHORTEN the game. This lengthens the game and is a terrible idea.

My guess is it's another money grab by ESPN and Fox as it gives them another excuse for extra commercials.
