My rep phoned today and said, "You will get the tickets around mid August via an email alert.
Once you receive the tickets log into your account via the app and you can add them to your apple or google wallet."

I received both an email and a phone call from my ticket rep saying that the digital football tickets would be sent/available mid-August. Now, my Cal Bears app has stopped working, so I hope that will be fixed before the first game!

I received my parking passes yesterday and my game tickets today via email. They are now in my Cal app and Google Wallet. I am now ready for some Golden Bears Football.

Same for me. I am still waiting for my second set of wristbands needed to get into the club level.
