I know everyone wants Cal to have a place in a realignment, but ...
Stanford doesn't and is absolute trash.
Cal is no better, but wants something it can't understand.
Then there is SMU and other former mid majors that want it and win while making no demands for entry.
The realignment is being done exactly to cast off dead weight legacy universities that may have support but no institutional drive for success, like Cal. Cal and Furd SOMEHOW zombied their way into the ACC and has been pretending like it's going to climb the rail and gobble it's share, but now the living look over and see the arms gripping the rail, coated in gold, but the bodies have rotted away. Dead. Weight. No value.
And that hand scratched one of them, and like a zombie movie trope, they had to dispatch the poor ******* victim before he infected the school, or God forbid the conference.
