And they can't even use the backup QB excuse - Railoa (sp?) has 2 years of starting under his belt and 2-3 games already this year, but Illinois had a true freshman making his first start.

I'm not a Ducks fan, but that USC hit against Moore was beyond egregious

100% agree - the intent was to injure

As was Oregon's Bear Alexander's hit on Nico Iamaleava after the latter had already been tackled. Alexander yanked on Nico's helmet then clobbered him with a forearm in the side of the head.

Lanning is another defense guy. He clearly got lucky with Will Stein. If he cant find the next great OC he is toast.
