What would you do if somebody offers you 3x your current salary and a higher title?? 3x=300% of current salary. And this offers is one step closer to every coach ultimate dream job..head coach. If you like the Tosh now so much, imagine a more aged, experienced (not just under Tedford!), and personable DC Tosh or HC Tosh back at Cal.

I am 1 year younger than Tosh and I think this is a good move. People my age are ambitious and will do what it takes to climb the ladder. We will slow down and be more conservative when we past mid-30s, but for now we will pursue our max capacity and sometimes over our head.

Man up, and congratulate the guy for his success. I find it rewarding that our people is above and beyond others...how many 30 years-old coaches make more than 500K a year? Only Cal's product!

I congratulate Tosh even though I think it would have been nice if he didn't leave to a competitor 2 weeks before LOI, but this is the only way to demand that kind of money; necessity = compensation. I hope that he will learn new things and grow at Washington, and quickly come back to be our DC or HC.

Congratulations to Tosh for his playing and coaching excellence he deserves the best. For his less than mature double dealing exit, however, he deserves a mask of shame. Best to him in the future, he'll put lipstick on that Dawg...and just don't eat that yellow snow.
