according to Mark Schlabach in an article on espn.com where he discusses the national title contenders. I guess they haven't played the toughest schedule to date.

National title contender, really? I suppose if they beat Oregon, ND and win out but that's not going to happen.

SC at UW this weekend is going to be a tough one for me to pick a rooting interest. Knock SC out of the national picture and into post-Barkley, post-Woods, escalating sanctions oblivion for the next few years, or **** Tosh, **** Sark?

**** Tosh, **** Sark. Get that little shit Sark fired already. SC is going to get donkey-punched by Oregon anyway.

I'm leaning your way. If it is SC, let it be another LSU and Oregon-like beatdown for Sark. After all, the widespread discontent with Tedford around here only really began when the previously close losses turned into repeated ass kickings.

From what I've heard of that game, SC didn't look all that great against us so I have no idea why we're their best win. Seems like Schlabach just looked at the margin of victory

Because Hawaii and Syracuse are worse than us? And because they let a Utah team that's as mediocre as us hang around til the 4th?

I guess us and Utah are the best teams they beat, that's true, but in terms of how the team came off one might consider one of the two blowout wins they had to be showing the team better.

SC was VERY winnable when we played them. If you recall we had so many opportunities on offense squandered away with terrible playcalling. I think they'll lose one more game aside from Oregon anyway, so I'm definitely cheering for them over UW.
