Anyway, my thoughts are all over CGB.

It hasn't changed much.

My thoughts which have been pretty consistent his season:

* Harper. Love the kid but he's a fumble machine.

* Bigelow. Furious to see him get a touch so late. Either play him early or don't. But seeing him get a TD off of first touch makes me want to throw my laptop against the wall.

* Sticking with ZM will be JT's downfall. I've said this since early 2011. Sadly, Bridgford never looked much better.

* OL was bad today. No surprises.

* Defense was really thin due to injuries. Linebacker play smelled like ass. ILB play has generally not been great but it looked even worse today.

What else is there to say? Unless you're writing a check or JT resigns, he's still HC. No amount of flaming here will change that.

just a few weeks ago against $C you argued in an entire thread that playing Bigelow doesn't make a difference for us. and that we lost b/c of talent disparity, not coaching.

Not sure if you're like the other guys here who simply want to bag on me because they think it's funny and have nothing better to do.

But I've been pretty consistent about my criticism of RB play. Last year, I said Isi, while a good pass blocker, is too easy to tackle. He can't break tackles. He also lacks the top end speed which means some plays which coudl be TDs are only long gains.

I think CJ is too slow. He's good for certain situations like grinding out a couple yards but I'm generally underwhelmed with his play.

I've also said Biggie is our future. Many times. But the kid needs to learn the plays and learn how to block. I'm not saying he deserves to be benched. He should play more. But the kids is not the panacea. It's not like you stick him in and suddenly this team has 3 more wins. You need an OL for effective RB play.

Now you can troll me all you want. You've seen me post here pretty consistently over the past few years. The decision is yours.

Bring up the old thread if you want. I find it hilarious that people thought I meant that using Biggie PERIOD is pointless. I have more threads of me saying Biggie is our future at RB that's being conveniently ignored.

i was pointing more toward the statement about coaching as opposed to what you said about bigelow in isolation.

Just to clarify, I wasn't implying that coaching had no effect. I asked what people would've done different as far as game time decisions.

Of course, ultimately, all losses are on the coach (ie. prepping, recruiting, etc.). I wasn't talking about it holistically.

With that said, where am I being inconsistent when I say:

the technology keeps changing that's why.

First it was Nintendo, then Sega Genesis, then Playstation 1, 2, 3 then Xbox. It's really hard to have to retrain folks on video game hardware every couple of years.

And first there was AOL messenger, Geocities, then Friendster, Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, the social media skills are hard to teach when they keep changing.

Just like being a QB Guru, being a Recruiting Guru only works when you have top notch talent like Tosh. Don't blame the Teacher, blame the pupil.

Freshfunk, did you watch the SC game? Even if you did, go back and watch it again. Every time Bigs touched the ball (all 4 of them!!!), he averaged nearly ten yards per carry. You cannot possibly tell us that he could not have made much difference, that we could not have beaten SC if Bigs was on the field for most of our plays and got 20 or more carries. After all, we were right there even in the 4th quarter.

After saying this, I think you guys should go easy on Freshfunk. I understand your anger toward our coach but group bullying Freshfunk for his opinions is pretty churlish.
