On a more serious note, I'm pretty convinced he'll go first round, or even first overall. He has shown the ability to make all the NFL throws and his pocket presence looks vastly improved. What do you guys think?
I just think he needs to pack on more muscle. Still looks small. But yea, True Sophomore so he has time.
Can't wait to see him on Sunday Night Football in the 2016 season.

It kinda threw me at first, but I've started to appreciate it. Miami and tOSU have their things, and I guess we have ours. I think it speaks to the individuality of Cal alums and their awareness that their lives did not begin with college football. Go Pirates!
If he bulks up enough to be able to absorb hits from NFL sized players, there is no reason why he can't be a 1st rounder. For him to go 1st overall, Cal needs to be one of the top ranked teams in the country his senior year and there needs to be more than 1 team that really needs a QB.
He is not a punk. He will be a proud Bear.

anyone else simply tired of Aaron's stuff. Screw him we're a Great University and always will be. He's just some ungrateful guy that's time is running out and when it's over will want free tickets to Cal games and we'll say "Isn't butte playing today? Then that is where you should be sir".

If I thought we were being intentionally repudiated, I'd be ticked, but it is obviously not the case. The players don't take it seriously. Not sure why we should.
Have to say that I gotta laugh at people who don't know Goff being positive about what he is going to do 5, 10, 15 years from now. Pretty sure people would have said the same thing about Rodgers if this had been an issue in 2004.

Really. Can't understand why people get so worked up over this, it seems to be a personal affront to some.
Goff has potential to be an NFL QB, let's see how the next couple of years evolve.
