Talk about the draft being based on potential, they have Furd's 5-star flop Zaire Williams going ahead of Oregon's Chris Duarte, who was VERY productive this past season. Of course, we know how that works. Plus, they probably factor in the fact that Williams didn't have anybody to coach him up this past season.
Latest rumor has the Warriors trading Wiseman, Wiggins and the 7 pick for a European star who was injured this past year. If true, the Warriors are admitting Wiseman was a mistake at #2.
I don't believe any of the Dubs trade rumors. Agents, GMs, and columnists are throwing all sorts of ideas out there and acting like the Warriors are in panic mode. Wiseman had a better rookie year than most bigs and thats without a training camp or even a full year of college. Dubs need to shed salary and Oubre might be sign and trade asset that nets them something but thats about it. The two lottery picks with seasoned Pashal, Poole and Mannion will be fine as a 2nd team.
If the Dubs could somehow package Wiseman, Poole, Paschall,Wiggens, Looney, and the two Lottery picks for Dom Sabonis and The Dame (Lillard) I don't see anybody beating the Ws in any 7 game playoff series, assuming KT is healthy.
